Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Model Defense (the "Programme," "our Service"). By purchasing or accessing the Programme you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Model Defense provides self-paced online interview-preparation content designed for candidates preparing for investment banking, private equity, and corporate development interviews. The Programme consists of a diagnostic, lessons, worked examples, interactive calculators, downloadable resources, and a progress dashboard, delivered via a web browser.

2. Purchase and Access

Access to the Programme requires a one-time payment of $299 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Upon successful payment you receive lifetime access to the Programme content available at the time of purchase, for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations or credits once enrollment is completed. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

4. Acceptable Use

Your license to access the Programme is personal and non-transferable. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Reproduce, distribute, or publish any Programme content — including lesson text, diagnostic questions, or trap frameworks — without our prior written consent.
• Use any automated means (scraping, crawling, bots) to access or copy Programme content.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Programme.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All Programme content — including lesson text, assumption-defense frameworks, diagnostic questions, worked examples, downloadable materials, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Programme content.

6. No Guarantee of Interview Outcomes

Model Defense is a preparation tool provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Programme will result in any specific interview outcome, offer, or job placement. Outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and factors outside our control. The Interview-Ready Guarantee referenced on our homepage extends free access under stated conditions — it does not guarantee an offer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Programme. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Programme.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. Model Defense is operated by Pravidhi Inc.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Programme after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
